Barn Charm - The February 11, 2013 Edition

I was definitely planning on a barn run on Sunday, but the weather turned yucky...rain & wind, two detriments to a photography outing.   Wanted to gather some images of barns in the snow, but it was not to be.  Instead this week's Barn Charm is one from the fall of 2011.  But a red barn looks good whenever you find them....spring, summer, fall or winter.

Linking to Trish's Barn Charm....

"Ironically, rural America has become viewed by a growing number of Americans as having a higher quality of life not because of what it has, but rather because of what it does not have!"  ~Don A. Dillman

Until next time....

  14. A lovely composition, Deanne! The texture creates a bit if a magical atmosphere ... I've sorted out our children's books lately (clearing the bookshelves) so my mind is affected by fairytakes: The barn looks like a huge face- the two windows on the top making the eyes, and the opening below could be a mouth ~ Can you see that?
Wishing you a great & creative week!
